My first love is JESUS! My second is my husband Blake :) I am a stay at home mom to our 3...soon to be 4 wonderful kids.
I really am in awe of motherhood. When my first was born I was so excited to celebrate him and his life. I planned his first birthday and the next 4 themes were chosen before he could crawl. That was the beginning of my fascination with party planning. I have seen many people blow a ton of money on birthdays. Being a stay at home mom (one-income family) and being a financial economics major, wasting money is just not an option for me! So I pride myself on coming up with ideas and activities to throw a party for much much less! I believe in making the event special not being wasteful or spoiling the child with material things.
In high school I worked as children birthday party hostess. In college I worked for an upscale catering company. But nothing prepared me for this road more than becoming a mom! I thank God for my kids and this new chapter in my life where I get to experience many reasons to celebrate!
